Support Process

The CloudOps team are here to provide support to development teams, client services and implementors with the cloud-based infrastructure that runs many of our SaaS products.


General Support

If you require some general assistance with a small task, we'll follow the below process to help you.

  1. Create a CloudOps Support ticket through our support portal with some information regarding your ask
  2. One of the team will triage it and depending on the type of request will either action it straight away or prioritise it against other project based work.
  3. We'll contact you to tell you how we're progressing or if we need further information.


Project Work

If you're looking for some support for a project or a larger piece of work, please reach out to Brian Paxton on teams or via email


Incidents

If there's an urgent issue that's impacting clients or preventing you from performing your role please create a CloudOps Incident ticket.
